1. Acceptance of Terms and Platform Usage

2. Eligibility and Geolocation Requirements

To lawfully utilize the sports betting and real-money iGaming features provided by the FanDuel Sportsbook, you must explicitly meet the following criteria without exception:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. Underage gambling is a criminal offense and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.
• Physical Location: You must be physically present within the geographic boundaries of a U.S. State or jurisdiction where we are licensed and legally permitted to operate (e.g., New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Michigan, West Virginia, etc.) at the exact moment you place a wager or play a casino game.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access the full suite of betting markets on the FanDuel Sportsbook, you must register a singular, personal account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and the last four digits of your Social Security Number (SSN) for mandatory identity verification (KYC compliance) required by federal law.

You are strictly permitted to hold only one (1) active account. The creation of duplicate accounts to exploit welcome bonuses or circumvent limits is considered fraudulent activity. You are solely responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) mechanisms. The Company bears no liability for any unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your login information.

4. Deposits, Wagering, and Financial Transactions

4.1 Funding Your Account

The name on your payment method must identically match the legal name registered on your betting account. We reserve the right to impose minimum and maximum deposit limits at our discretion.

4.2 Placement and Settlement of Wagers

In the event of a palpable error (a "Stat Error" or "Pricing Glitch") where odds are clearly displayed incorrectly due to technical malfunction, we reserve the right to void the wager and return your original stake, even after the event has concluded.

4.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed rapidly; however, they are subject to internal security reviews and anti-money laundering (AML) checks. You may be required to submit additional documentation (such as a photo ID or proof of address) before a large withdrawal is approved. The FanDuel Sportsbook does not charge withdrawal fees, but you are solely responsible for any taxes or fees levied by your bank or local tax authority on your winnings.

5. iGaming Casino and Slots

In jurisdictions where our integrated iGaming casino is legally permitted, the following additional terms apply. All outcomes in our casino games, including digital slots and table games, are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure absolute fairness and compliance with gaming commission standards.

In the event of a software malfunction, server disconnection, or hardware glitch during a casino spin or hand, all related plays and pays are rendered void. If you are disconnected during a live dealer game, the game will proceed as dictated by the specific rules of the software provider, and any winnings will be credited to your balance upon resolution.

6. Promotional Offers and Bonuses

The FanDuel Sportsbook frequently issues promotional offers, including "Bonus Bets," "Risk-Free Bets," "Deposit Matches," and "Odds Boosts." All promotional offers are subject to specific, accompanying terms, commonly referred to as "playthrough" or "wagering requirements."

Bonus funds hold no immediate cash value and cannot be withdrawn until all wagering requirements are satisfied. Furthermore, bonus funds typically expire within a predefined window (e.g., 7 or 14 days) from the date of issuance. We reserve the right to revoke promotional offers from accounts deemed to be engaging in "bonus abuse" or syndicate betting strategies designed solely to exploit promotional value without genuine intent to play.

7. Prohibited Activities and Fraud

Users of the platform are strictly prohibited from engaging in any behavior that compromises the integrity of the FanDuel Sportsbook. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

Violation of any of these prohibitions will result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, the voiding of active wagers, and the confiscation of account balances to cover damages. We will also report fraudulent activities to relevant law enforcement agencies.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, designs, graphics, logos, software, odds data, and multimedia associated with the FanDuel Sportsbook are the exclusive intellectual property of the Company or its licensed software providers. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to access the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or reverse-engineer any component of the site without explicit written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

Any claim or dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the FanDuel Sportsbook shall be resolved exclusively through binding, individual arbitration, rather than in court, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). You explicitly waive your right to participate in any class-action lawsuit against the Company.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State in which you registered your account and are currently wagering, without regard to conflict of law principles.
